The Challenge
Handy Rentals had a previous successful website which mainly focused only on booking vans and truck rentals. The goal was to spruce up their image and make the site more user-friendly. One of the key differences to add a facility on the web-site to allow purchase inquires for trucks and vans.
The Solution
A very simple and straight-forward website that communicated to customers that don't talk in cubic meters.To include information on the other services they have on offer, such as their moving trucks for hire and purchasing options.
The Result
The high volume of site traffic has been maintained and inquiries from Handy branches are sent directly to the branches without needing the Wellington offices to pass them on. The site has been well recieved by customers who have reported about the site is, indeed, easier to use.
